About Ella
Who Is Ella?
As the founder of Boutique Property Conveyancing, Ella has spent 20 years navigating the complexities of property law. Currently based in Wagga Wagga, she is the only practitioner actively practicing in both NSW and Victoria, giving her clients a distinct advantage when managing cross-border transactions and navigating differing state legislations.
Having started her career as a Junior Law Clerk, Ella worked her way through the ranks, completing her Associate Degree in Law in 2012 and becoming a Licenced Conveyancer and is also a Legal Executive in Victoria.
Ella has experience in Conveyancing, Subdivisions, Deceased Estate Property Transfers, Retirement Villages, Farming and Intergenerational Property Transfers as well as Spousal Transfer files.
Ella grew up in the Riverina on a wheat/grazing farm and has a solid understanding of the complexities that face farming families.
Over her 20 years, Property Law has taken Ella all over the country.
This includes experience in Coffs Harbour, the Riverina in NSW, Melbourne CBD, Melbourne South East Suburbs, East Gippsland and even extending to the Western area of Victoria of Shepparton, Mildura and encompassing all areas of the States of both VIC and NSW.
Having been through the separation process herself, Ella has sympathy and empathy for those finding themselves in this situation.
Ella’s motto is that no question is a silly question and should always be explored or asked.
As a young mum and family, the pressures of life on young families are enormous right now. Our aim at Boutique Property Conveyancing is to take you through the Conveyancing process with minimal fuss, on a digital platform that is accessible to all users.

Ella is a mum to 3 young children and can be found either at ballet practice or the soccer fields cheering the little ones on.
